Tori I agree with you putting Prudence on the stand would have maid a big difference. And yes the note did say guilty on all counts. Yes if the DA would of pressented more evendence that would of helped. Ron you are right both said a different story about being in the buff and being nakid and also he said in white short underware. He also said he knew this was trouble and he knew he was going to end up there (im thinking meaning in court)But he could not deny her. Thats crazy!!!! she is a child. I think LS or Healed is just so far gone and her being 18 soon will not matter to her. We never knew about the other times she requested or if she ever layed naked with him, only the one time on July 31, 2006. When deliberating as I recall it was the touching of the breast we were to look at not so much as the laying nakid I think I brought that up in deliberations and I was corrected it was the touching of the breast It was asked that the judge explaing that count more in detail and it was denied. Towards the end of the report the reporter says that Bent's attorney said he wrote on a napkin what his sentence would be - "Not Guilty on all counts". Didn't he say that God told him he'd be convicted in an interview after the verdict? Now I'm wondering if the reporter got it wrong or if WB is speaking out of both sides of his mouth as usual.
