This March 18, 2008 ABC News report (above) shows the condo when the building was still very much a crime scene.

Nearly 20 pictures appearing on a Los Angeles-area real estate Web site offer a closer look at the Santa Monica condo rented by the late Juliana Redding.
No arrests have been made. No suspects have been named.
According to Los Angeles media reports, Redding died as a result of blunt force trauma. However, the autopsy report has not been released.
Shortly after the murder, a police spokesperson told the Santa Monica Daily Press that a security hold had been requested (regarding the autopsy results)
because detectives did not want to release any information that could compromise their investigation.
The condo is located on the 1500 block of S. Centinela Avenue.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Santa Monica Police Department at 310-458-8451.

Interesting observations on the condo. Lots of iron around those windows. Very very sad story. I hope police get a good lead.
If the pictures are from her condo – I am speechless. It looks perfect. Posting the pictures does not help the investigation and does not make renting the unit easy. I helped SMPD as much as I can. I can do better for the landlord.
The public has a right to see it. It’s being advertised
Hi Mark -
I thought you’d be interested to hear the unit is now for sale. The description in the MLS says “priced for quick sale.” I don’t believe that it ever rented after the murder.
Well, the irons look a little bit unsturdy, and the door looks pretty easy to break into. That’s my observation.
