Follow-up: Forbrick gets 2.5 years in child porn case
(Safford, Arizona) An Arizona man who couldn’t wait to get away from a Wal-Mart store earlier this year is now headed to prison for attempting to sexually exploit children.
This afternoon, Graham County Deputy Attorney Allan Perkins confirmed that a judge sentenced Stevo Forbrick earlier today. Perkins tells Beyond90Seconds.com that Forbrick was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and lifetime probation upon release from custody.
Perkins also said that Forbrick will be required to register as a sex offender once out prison. Forbrick will also have to wear a GPS tracking unit.
In March, Forbrick pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a child.
Forbrick was arrested in January after employees at a Safford Wal-Mart observed him in the photo department with several pictures of nude and partially nude boys.
